Town Farm Camping and Caravanning

Welcome to Town Farm Camping & Caravanning

We now have an on-line booking system, and all bookings are now done via the "Booking Tab" on our website.  There is also information which may answer any queries you may have with regard to booking.

We are now closed mid-week (Sunday - Thursday nights inclusive) for all non-electric pitches.  The electric pitches, for campervans, motorhomes and caravans are still available.

Weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) are still available for tents and campervans to book.

The chalk based ground provides good drainage so even in torrential rain, tents and motorhomes won't sink!

Town Farm is a new camp site with stunning views over the Vale of Aylesbury and Ivinghoe Beacon.

CampersTown Farm is a working farm nestled at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and has been run by the Leach family since the early 1930s. About 1,000 sheep are farmed on the Beacon Hill and surrounding high ground, while the lower fields are used for crop cultivation. The `Pick Your Own` opens in June and guests can take a picnic and stock up on fruit and vegetables. The farm enjoys fantastic views of the surrounding countryside including the local landmark - Ivinghoe Beacon, which marks the start of the famous Ridgeway Walk.

The farm is close to the Grand Union Canal with the towpath and boat trips available. We are within an easy trip to London by train in 50 minutes, the snow centre in Hemel Hempstead and ten minutes from Whipsnade Safari Park. There is a wealth of attractions nearby to entertain in wet and dry weather.

-Please note that we are a family campsite, with a no-noise policy after 11pm.

-Music of any kind is not allowed on the campsite.

-All campfires must be extinguished by midnight.

-Please do not bring your own wood unless it is official firewood (we like to know that what is burned is safe and dry, timber off-cuts and garden cuttings are not allowed).

Due to high demand over the weekends, we now have a two night minimum policy from June to the end of August, plus the bank holiday weekends, please see our booking tab for further explanation.
